Your Check-in Process
Follow these simple steps for a smooth arrival
Drive through Sunlight Mountain Resort parking lot and follow the uphill driveway with the "Brettelberg Condominiums" sign
- Upper parking lot: Best for A, B, C, and D-level units (left at the fork)
- Lower parking lot: Best for E, F, and G-level units (right at the fork)
- Your check-in envelope will contain a dashboard tag for your vehicle
Visit our office on Level D during office hours if you need assistance
- Office location: Level D (main deck level)
- Ski Season hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM MT
- Off-Season hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT
- Staff will help you find your unit if needed
For arrivals after office hours, your check-in envelope with keys will be attached to your unit's doors
- Each unit has 2 doors with envelopes attached
- Take BOTH envelopes from outside of each door
- Envelope contains: Keys, parking pass, Wi-Fi info, and guest survey
- Additional linens available in office bench seating if needed
Units are numbered 1-9, with "1" on the east end and "9" on the west (slopeside) end
- A-level: Upper units via stairs from upper parking
- B & C-level: Adjacent to upper parking
- D & E-level: One level down from upper parking
- F-level: One level up from lower parking
- G-level: Near slopeside end of lower parking lot

- •Must arrange late check-out 24 hours in advance
- •No guest pets permitted on property ($250 fee per pet per night)
- •Service animals welcome with documentation
- •Violation results in penalties
- •All units are non-smoking
- •Designated smoking area on east end of F level
- •$250 fine for smoking violations

You can arrive any time after 4 PM (or 1 PM with early check-in). For after-hours arrivals, your check-in envelope will be attached to your unit's doors for self-service check-in.
WiFi details are provided in your check-in envelope. We offer complimentary 500 Mbps high-speed internet throughout the property.
Yes! Self-service shelves in the rental office are available 24/7 with toilet paper, paper towels, towels, amenities, trash bags, and more. Hot tub towels are in the D/E-level laundry room.
AWD or 4WD is highly recommended during winter months (November-April). The final stretch of road to Brettelberg can be steep and snowy. Colorado Traction Law may be in effect.
