Official Rules — Win Two Free Ski-In/Ski-Out Nights

1. SPONSOR This Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Brettelberg Condominium Association, Inc. ("Sponsor"), 11101 County Road 117, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, or any other social network (see Section 13). 2. ELIGIBILITY Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, members, owners, and agents of Sponsor, Brettelberg Condominium Association, Inc., the Brettelberg Condominiums homeowners' association, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses) and household members of each such person, are not eligible. Individual condominium owners and prior guests ARE eligible unless they fall within an excluded category above. By entering, entrant represents they meet all eligibility requirements. 3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD The Sweepstakes begins on June 24, 2026, 9:00am Mountain Time and all entries must be received by July 4, 2026, 8:55am Mountain Time (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper. The random drawing will be held on or about July 4th, 2026, 9:00am Mountain Time. 4. HOW TO ENTER (AND THE MANDATORY FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. There is one free way to become fully eligible to win (the "Simple Entry" / Alternate Method of Entry, "AMOE"). Completing the Simple Entry alone makes an entrant fully eligible for the prize drawing. No purchase, payment, or social-media action is ever required. FREE Simple Entry (AMOE) — sufficient on its own: Visit https://www.brettelberg.com/giveaway/ski-season-26-27, submit your name and a valid email address, check the box confirming you are 18+ and agree to these Official Rules, and then click the confirmation link sent to your email (double opt-in). Your entry is counted only after email confirmation. Optional BONUS methods (never required; do not affect basic eligibility): refer a friend, answer the optional multiple-choice questions, or share your Sunlight story. Each awards additional points only as a tie-multiplier in the weighted draw; declining them does not reduce your eligibility. Referral points are credited only after the referred person confirms their own email; self-referrals are not credited. Stories are admin-reviewed and are not published in this version. Limit one (1) entry/account per person and per email address for the Sweepstakes Period; duplicate or automated entries are void. 5. ODDS Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and on each eligible entrant's point total relative to the total points in the pool (see Section 6). Every entrant who completes the free Simple Entry has a genuine, non-zero chance of winning. 6. WINNER SELECTION (WEIGHTED RANDOM DRAWING) One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing weighted by points from among all eligible, email-confirmed entries. Each point operates as one virtual ticket; an entrant's chance is proportional to their points divided by the total points of all eligible entries. The drawing is conducted by a computerized random-selection process (recorded seed + frozen entrant/points snapshot) under Sponsor's supervision. Sponsor will also rank one or more runners-up in the same draw to allow advancement under Section 7. 7. NOTIFICATION, CLAIM PERIOD, AND REDRAW The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided. The potential winner has thirty (30) days from the date the notification is sent to respond and claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within thirty (30) days, is found ineligible, declines, or the notification is returned undeliverable, that entrant forfeits the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the ranked runners-up, subject to the same 30-day claim period. 8. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) One (1) prize: two (2) free nights' lodging at Brettelberg Condominiums for the 2026–27 ski season, subject to availability, non-transferable, with no cash substitution and no substitution except by Sponsor. The prize is for lodging only and does not include lift tickets, travel, taxes, gratuities, or any other expense. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1300 (must be under $5,000). The winner redeems by emailing reservations@brettelberg.com to book the two nights within the 2026–27 ski season, subject to availability. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and will receive an IRS Form 1099 if required by law. 9. PUBLICITY / LIKENESS RELEASE Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city/state of residence, and (if provided) likeness, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, compensation, or consent. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / RELEASE By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Brettelberg Condominium Association, Inc., and their affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty of any kind. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process or violated these Rules, and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure impairs its integrity. 11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. All disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and entrants consent to such jurisdiction and venue. 12. PRIVACY Information collected from entrants is used solely to administer the Sweepstakes, except that entrants who separately and voluntarily opt in to marketing (a separate, unchecked checkbox) may receive future communications from Sponsor; entry is valid without opting in. Marketing consent and any story-publish consent are stored separately and are never bundled with entry consent. 13. SOCIAL MEDIA (META/FACEBOOK) RELEASE The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok, or any other social-media platform. Entrants and participants completely release each such platform from any and all liability arising from the Sweepstakes. No social-media action is ever required to enter or win. 14.
